By paying an invoice or purchasing a ticket with WellAway Retreats, you agree to the following:

Cancellation policy for California based retreats: All sales are final and non-refundable. The ticket can be transferred to another guest if you can’t attend.

Cancellation policy for Italy 2026 retreat: Cancellations in writing to contact@wellawayretreats.com for any reason can be made prior to April 1st for a full refund. Any cancellations for any reason after April 1st 2026 will not be refunded.

-WellAway Retreats is not responsible for travel domestic or international by the Customer to and from the retreat itself. The Customer is fully responsible for any delays, cancellations and fees related to flights, trains and transfers to the venue. We strongly suggest travel insurance for participants traveling internationally or from domestic Europe.

-The Customer shall keep all fixtures, fittings, furniture and effects on the property, where the retreat is held, in a clean and good condition and shall pay damages to the property owner for any articles which are destroyed or missing. WellAway Retreats shall under no circumstances be liable for any damage to the property caused by the Customer.

-The Customer must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use the facilities and participate in the activities, including but limited to illness, pregnancy, etc. Customers who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice to determine if travelling and practicing pilates, yoga, meditation and participation in workshops. The Customer must also inform WellAway Retreats of any food allergies or intolerances prior to the retreat. WellAway Retreats is not liable for any injuries to the Customer in his/her use of the facilities or participation in activities.

-WellAway Retreats reserves the right to alter the Itinerary, including but not limited to changes in accommodation, retreat schedule, change of chef, instructor or retreat workshop content. If possible, WellAway Retreats will provide an alternative either equivalent or better.

-WellAway Retreats reserves the right to cancel any retreat for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants or logistical problems (e.g. acts of God, war, strikes, etc.), which may impede retreat operations. Should this occur, WellAway Retreats will inform the Customer as soon as possible and issue a full refund. The refund of all payments made by you shall release WellAway Retreats from any further liability.

-Customer authorizes WellAway Retreats permission to take, edit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or videos taken of me during the retreat to be used in and/or for legally promotional materials including, website, social media site, and email without payment or any other consideration.

-In no event shall WellAway Retreat aggregate liability arising out of or related WellAway Retreat services performed for you, whether arising out of or related to breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, exceed the total of the amounts paid by you to WellAway Retreats. If WellAway Retreats is liable, our liability may, pursuant to the applicable mandatory regulation, be reduced or lapse in the event of any negligence on your behalf that caused or contributed to the damage; and for any loss, our liability is limited to documented financial losses, and we will under no circumstances be liable for consequential losses, except as required by mandatory regulation
