Bloom & Become | A Spring WellAway Provence, France

Thursday April 16th-Monday April 20th 2027

For the woman ready to slow down, savor and create.

Join us for WellAway's inaugural Provence retreat this April 2027. An intimate group of 14 women will be hosted by Maria Baum, WellAway Founder; Rachel Brooks, Multidisciplinary Artist; and Andrea Bogart, Yoga Instructor. Together we'll share five days of movement, culinary delights, stunning landscapes, creative workshops, and time in the local markets, villages, and farms.

Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is where Van Gogh painted The Starry Night. It sits in the most dreamy corner of the region, among silver-green olive groves, old chateaus, and a village full of artisan shops and cafés. Just outside town is Mas Millésime, a French farmhouse with old-world character and quiet luxury. This is where we'll slow down and live more beautifully.

Here, the art is in how you live: how you eat, how you move, and how you see the world around you. Mornings open with yoga led by Andrea, and creative workshops with Rachel give you space to play. We'll share organic, farm-to-table Provençal meals, cook together in a hands-on class, browse local markets, and taste the region's wines and olive oils. One afternoon we'll visit a luxury Provençal farm for a long meal in the olive groves. We'll also spend a day in Saint-Rémy, wandering its artisan shops and meeting the local makers who keep its traditions alive. Five days of spring in Provence, and a gentle return to the art of living well.

Our Exclusive Venue

Mas Millésime sits among olive trees just five minutes from the center of Saint-Rémy. It's a private Provençal estate built for long days and slow evenings. With sun-warmed terraces, winding garden paths, and three buildings set close together, it feels like its own small village. It's peaceful, and everything in town is still close by.

Nine en-suite bedrooms are spread across the three buildings, so there's always a quiet place to rest, read, or wake up slowly. Mornings begin in the yoga studio. Afternoons are for one of the three swimming pools, a walk through the gardens, or a book and a glass of rosé in the shade of the olive grove. In the evening, the outdoor kitchen fills with the scent of garden herbs, and we sit down at long tables under the open sky for dinners that last as long as the conversation.

Each day moves at a slow, intentional pace. Mornings start with yoga led by Andrea Bogart. Maria Baum guides mindfulness practices, and artist Rachel Brooks leads creative workshops that bring out your playful side. We’ll enjoy local chef-curated meals made with ingredients from the farms and markets nearby.

Between sessions, we'll wander local villages, visit chateaus, and spend time on a luxury Provençal farms, leaving room for Provence to surprise us. There's plenty of time to do nothing at all: stretch out by the pool, or sway in a hammock under the olive trees. Personalized spa treatments can be booked right at the farmhouse. This retreat is for the woman who loves understated luxury, a beautiful meal, and a life lived with soul and intention.
